Can I cancel my order?
Items are picked and packed ready for dispatch as soon as payment is received, so there is a very small time-frame for cancellations. It is not currently possible to cancel orders via your customer account on our website.
Note: We include a returns label with every order (except UK and CH) for free returns. Please keep the receipt for the return.
