It’s possible that we have dispatched those items separately. Please check your emails to see whether some products are still on their way.

If you placed several orders on the same day, we might combine your orders and send them together in the same parcel. You can tell if your orders have been combined because all of the orders will have the same tracking details.
If you do not receive an item from your order, please let us know within 30 days of the delivery date.
