Painting Dancing With Ava, hand painted

Dancing with Ava is a poetic work about sensitivity, intuition and the power of quiet movements. The central figure appears calm and open, her silky falling dress seems to float rather than lie. Around her, white jellyfish move through the space - weightless, flowing, like thoughts or feelings that do not want to be held. One of them rests in her hand and becomes the silent centre of the composition. The colour scheme of deep fuchsia, burgundy tones and cool light blue accents creates an ethereal atmosphere that balances closeness and distance. Clear surfaces, soft transitions and reduced lighting make the motif appear light and permeable. Vulnerability does not appear as a weakness here, but as a conscious attitude. Dancing with Ava is about trusting your own feelings and giving space to your inner flow. The composition remains calm, controlled and open - a picture about emotional clarity rather than dramatic staging. Each work is painted by hand in the WERNS® studio and is a studio original. Dancing with Ava grows from the idea of not holding on to emotion, but letting it flow. In the process, both the figure and the jellyfish are intentionally kept light and translucent. The floating shapes feel like threads of thought, free to move. A single jellyfish becomes a calm point of contact. Layer by layer, the painting condenses into a quiet statement: the softest sides often carry the greatest clarity.
